My name is Russ, owner and operator of RGB painting. I have been successfully doing business for over 15 years. When I started up this business we mainly painted new construction production homes. After a short period of time word got out that we were doing amazing paint jobs. It was then that we were introduced to the high end new construction homes. From that point we quickly excelled in the high end market. In just a few years we went from painting mid-sized production homes to multi-milliion dollar homes. I believe that hard work and customer satisfaction got us into those homes but ultimately people were immensly impressed with sprayed trim (woodwork). We came up with a system for our painted trim that was unbeatable. Our goal was and is to make the trim come out as close to a “furniture-like finish” as possible. I am very proud to say that I often hear “the best paint job we’ve ever seen.”
It wasn’t long after getting into larger custom homes that we hit the repaint market. It started with repeat customers that had us paint their home when it was new. At that point I realized the importance of customer satisfaction. I always made sure the customer was very satisfied with us and our work, not knowing at the time, I was actually setting us up for future work.
At this time RGB painting is doing approximately 50% new homes and 50% repaints. We equally enjoy doing both. Customer satisfaction is very important but I also believe we as the painter must also feel complete satisfaction at the end of each job. We achieve this satisfaction in three simple steps: Working hard, common sense, and basically doing the best that you can do! I truly believe that this is what keeps us on top.
